Product Description

When you need a quality print, with plenty of options & dramatic colors, thermal is the option.  With cutting edge technology we can today offer our clients dramatic colors, like fluorescent and mirror finishes.  All of which is outdoor durable for 5 years without protection*!  Use our thermal printing when you need custom stickers, dramatic colors, exact color continuity, and chrome finishes.

Process color printing is preformed with either CMYK, or CMY colors.  Please read more about that here.  Although thermal printing can process print, it is recommended that if most of your image is photo realistic and will be using process colors, to use eco-sol printing instead. Print Protection is a form of overlayment that protects your print and extends its life.  If your print will be in an area that will be getting touched, brushed, dirty, wiped, etc. then it is recommended that you get print protection.  Protection available is as follows:

ScratchGuard is a form of clear coat that is applied with the thermal printer after the final colors are laid down.  This form of protection is good for company decals, or stickers.  It does not affect the flexibilty or colors of the print.  It is chemical resistant, and scratch resistant.  It however does not protect from UV.

UV Roll Lamination is a overlay film that is installed using a high pressure lamination machine.  after it has been laminated, your decal will become a dual layer sticker, essentially locking in your print to extend its life to the maximum amount the film will allow.  It can in most cases double the life of the print.  It offers UV protection, scratch protection, as well as offer rigidity when installing around curves.

Liquid Lamination is a coating that is sprayed, or rolled, over your print.  It offers a UV protection, as well as a light scratch protection.  It however does not flex well, and will have the tendancy to ‘flake’ off if it is installed on a flexible surface.

*mirror finishes are recommended for indoor applications only, and have no warranty for exterior applications
