Cut vinyl is simple single or multi-color (layers) of vinyl. It is long life, and affordable. It is best used on flat surfaces, and non technical logos and lettering.
Print vinyl is for more complex images and logos. When using several colors, it is more cost effective to go with print media. It decreases install rates since it is only one layer of film. It is used on all surfaces, curved and flat.
Lamination is a covering that offers a extra layer of protection from UV rays and scratches. It usually doubles, sometimes triples the life of the print. It is only used on print media.
